Safe storage of high-level radioactive waste is a critical component of the nuclear energy industry. SSI performs every phase of site spent services fuel to dry cask storage. We have completed over a dozen dry cask storage projects in the United States, including Maine Yankee, the largest project to date in the commercial nuclear market. We have also participated in nonproliferation fuel storage projects international in Kazakhstan and in the DPRK. Our dry cask services include:
