Job Summary:

The Processing Specialist will be responsible for organizing data from company databases. The Processing Specialist will update the company databases as appropriate daily ensuring accurate employee and job status and other information. The Processing Specialist will serve as a liaison to the Field Staffing Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Field Operations, HR and Finance. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our Staffing vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and create new jobs and employee assignments in company systems
  • Maintain company databases with employee, job and financial information
  • Provide sufficient support to Field Staffing Manager about project setup
  • Create daily reports that reflect accurate status of employee’s readiness and availability
  • Assist with development and testing of system modification projects as assigned
  • Generate and manage multiple reports for business partners as needed
  • Resolve weekly employee setup issues related to Payroll File close
  • Interact with field employees to provide information about job assignments
  • Assist Immigration and ServiceMax Support departments as required
  • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of field employees to ensure timely arrival to and from job sites as required
  • Update and maintain accuracy of skill / product line experience / site information, and project information as directed
  • Act as duty call manager when directed for nights/weekends services callout mobilizations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required

  • Manage and develop employees

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma minimum; college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in field operations, customer service or office administration role desired

  • Ability to multi-task, coordinate, plan and assume managerial responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the Supervisor
  • Demonstrate leadership ability through decision-making abilities, troubleshooting, problem-solving and teamwork
  • Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) , GE systems / applications, Smartsheet advanced user
